Tech Lab Inc charges an hourly rate for most services. We work with both Home and Business customers. Some of our customers prefer to save money and bring their equipment to us for analysis and repair, but most have us provide on-site service. We prefer a “No Surprises” policy so here are our current rates.

Our office operates by appointment only, all of our work is scheduled. Please contact us to set up a time for your project. Emergency service is reserved for customers who need us to come out immediately, anytime of day, but we’re either already booked for other jobs, or the office is closed. If we are unavailable or if you cannot get in touch with us, please call the emergency service number listed on the contact page. We will inform you of our availability and whether or not emergency service would apply on a case-by-case basis. If you decide to go ahead with emergency service, we will ask you to authorize it in writing either via text, email and also sign off on it on our printed work order upon arrival.
Our customers are required to sign a standard work order before we provide any service or assistance for you. Once signed, we will begin the support process by evaluating the situation. Depending on the nature of the problem, we will either fix it right there, or if our lab would offer a better chance at repair, we will suggest taking your equipment back to our office. Most repairs are completed within 2-4 business days unless we need to special order a part. Our staff will then return the equipment to your location, set it up, and verify everything is functioning normally.
Our customers also have the option for drop-off and pick-up service to save on costs. Please contact us to schedule an appointment.
Website Production Process
Before we provide any website work for you, our customers are required to sign a standard contract. We will provide a copy for you upon your request. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about the contract or our process.
To start the process we will schedule a meeting to establish the requirements for your project. We will then provide you with a quote. It shows a summary of what we plan to do for you, how much each part will cost, and the payment schedule. Anything above and beyond the quote, we will submit change orders for your approval. Once the initial project releases, we enter the maintenance part of the contract and that work is typically invoiced at our hourly rate after the completion of the project.
